This page explains, in plain words, what information this website collects, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it. The website belongs to Grace-Lift Care Haven, LLC, an assisted living home in Glen Burnie, Maryland.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us.

Our website has one form, for requesting a tour or more information. It asks for:

• your name and phone number
• your email address (optional)
• how you’d like us to contact you: by phone, email or text
• whether you’re looking for yourself, for a family member, or as a professional making a referral
• who care is for: one person, a couple, siblings, or not sure yet
• a preferred tour date (optional)
• a message (optional)

If you call or email us instead, we’ll have whatever you share in that call or email.

Please don’t send health details through the website

The form doesn’t ask about health, diagnoses or medications, and we ask you not to put medical details in your message. We’ll talk about care needs with you privately.

Residents’ health information is handled separately, under our home’s own privacy practices. It is not collected or stored through this website.

How we use it

We use what you send to answer your questions, arrange your tour, and stay in touch about your request. That’s all.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone for marketing.

Who handles it

Two companies help us run the website and our email:

• Netlify hosts this website and receives the tour request form when you send it. Like most website hosts, it may also keep standard technical records, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure.
• Microsoft 365 provides our email, so messages you send us, and the copy of your tour request that is emailed to us, are stored there.

They handle this information on our behalf, so that we can respond to you.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn’t set cookies, and it doesn’t use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Its fonts and images come from our own website, not from other companies.

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep tour requests and messages only for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up on your request.

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the information you’ve sent us. Email info@graceliftliving.com or call (410) 424-8586, and we’ll take care of it.

Children

This website is meant for adults. It isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the website handles information, we’ll update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top.
