Boutique Assisted Living for Couples & Family Members

A place where loved ones can age together, with compassionate care, dignity and elevated living.

Grace-Lift is an intimate, private home where couples and siblings can stay together, with care tailored to each resident’s unique needs, preferences, abilities, and goals.

What makes us different

Keeping loved ones together

Needing more support shouldn’t mean living apart from the people you love most. Whenever it’s safe and everyone’s care needs can be met here, we do our best to keep couples and siblings under one roof.

“Keeping couples and siblings together matters to us because the bonds they have built over a lifetime provide comfort, familiarity, and emotional strength.”
